Return Policy

At Urban Gifts, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. There may be a rare instance where the item is not quite what you were looking for, or something goes wrong.

Everybody needs peace of mind when shopping, and that's what we're here to offer you.

We offer a no-quibble 30 day returns policy on all purchases. So even if you have a change of heart you can always return the item within 30 days of receipt.

This is extended to 45 days for purchases made in December to cover the Christmas period. All we ask is that your item is returned in a resalable condition, with all packaging and instructions, including your order number. Please also note, the cost of posting the item in these instances will be born by you. For information on how to return your item, please message us via the 'contact us' link above.

Please allow 7 days for refunds or replacements to be processed.

If your item is faulty, defective or missing parts, please contact us for advice on returning your item for an exchange or refund.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
